Day one
Arrival in Kathmandu · orientation & welcome dinner
Airport transfer to your heritage hotel in Thamel. Afternoon rest and informal orientation walk. Welcome dinner at a rooftop Newari restaurant with programme overview and team introductions.

Day two
Boudhanath & Patan · UNESCO heritage deep-dive
Expert-guided morning at Boudhanath Stupa with a resident monk. Afternoon at Patan Durbar Square and the Museum of Classical Art. Evening leadership reflection session.

Day three
Pashupatinath · flight to Pokhara · team workshop
Morning visit to Pashupatinath Temple with cultural guide. Early afternoon domestic flight to Pokhara. Lakeside resort check-in and facilitated team strategy workshop.

Day four
Sunrise trek · Annapurna foothills challenge
4:30am departure for guided Himalayan sunrise trek. Team debrief over breakfast. Afternoon free for reflection, massage, or optional paragliding. Gala dinner and cultural evening at sunset.

Day five
Integration workshop · commitments & next steps
Full morning facilitated workshop: synthesising insights from the week into concrete commitments. Afternoon boat trip on Phewa Lake. Farewell dinner with Annapurna backdrop.

Day six
Departure · flight home
Transfer to Pokhara Airport for return flight. Optional: one final sunrise walk before departure for those with afternoon flights.
