How far in advance should I enquire?
Corporate retreats and trade missions require a minimum of 8 weeks before travel for supplier pre-vetting and logistics. Retirees' retreats can be booked up to 12 months ahead — we recommend enquiring at least 3 months before your preferred dates.
Are your programmes suitable for people with mobility considerations?
Our retirees' retreats are designed with gentle pacing and accessibility in mind. Please mention any mobility requirements in your enquiry and we will adapt the programme accordingly — we have assisted travellers with a wide range of needs.
What is the best time of year to visit Nepal?
October to November (post-monsoon) and February to April (pre-monsoon) are Nepal's peak seasons — clear skies, mountain views, and mild temperatures. We operate year-round and can advise on the best timing for your specific programme.
Do you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Nepal has excellent vegetarian, halal-friendly, and other dietary options. Please note your requirements in your enquiry and we will confirm all arrangements in your programme plan.
Can we arrange flights through Nepal Journey?
Our packages cover all in-country logistics including domestic flights. International flights from the UK are typically arranged by clients directly, though we can recommend preferred routes and advise on timing.
